About ADCi
When ADCi was founded in 1988, we focused on making digital map data affordable and accessible to thousands of American civil, environmental, and utility engineers. Before ADCi entered the market, most digital mapping was performed only in large, institutional settings using United States Geological Survey (USGS) data in an obscure format called DLG. ADCi pioneered methods to customize data for AutoCAD, making it ideal for engineering applications using personal computers.
Today, ADCi continues to offer digital mapping products and services reaching an International customer base of mapping professionals. We are a premier authorized distributor for both NAVTEQ and TomTom, the two leading providers of commercial street map data. During the past 25 years, ADCi has helped customers in every market successfully secure the data and license for their mapping application. Maps are available in a variety of formats and available by the city, county, state or entire country, and provided in virtually any coordinate and projection.
In 1993 we launched ADC WorldMap, a division of ADCi. ADC WorldMap provides the most detailed digital atlas available, offering comprehensive, current, and seamless geographic data for the entire world. ADC WorldMap Digital Atlas has proven to be an indispensable asset for decision-makers in fields as diverse as economic studies, education, risk management, assets tracking, and other GIS applications.
